This is an Anticipatory Hire with the possibility of extension to June 30, 2018.

Reporting to the Department Head, School of Communities, Innovation & Development (SCID), this position works as a member of a diverse team to develop, promote, deliver and evaluate programs/courses that support the education and training goals of Carcross and Yukon College.

We are looking for applicants who enjoy working in a student-centered environment and being part of a dynamic team. The ideal candidate preferably will have a Master’s Degree or a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (i.e., Education), combined with experience in:  coordinating programs and people in a cross-cultural environment, community development, adult basic education instruction, and working with First Nations organizations, agencies and governments.

Candidates with an acceptable combination of education and experience may also be considered.
