Reporting to the Department Head, this position is responsible for coordinating and supporting administrative processes particularly in the area of cost recovery programs, to ensure the delivery of responsive, high-quality programming in line with the College mission and according to direction from client groups. This position also performs other related division administrative support duties as required.

The ideal applicant will have a related post-secondary degree with previous work experience in an adult education environment.  Required skills include: excellent written and oral communications, organizing, customer service, planning and problem solving.  You will have experience in the following areas:  coordinating programs, project management, database maintenance, preparing and administering budgets and supporting programs in the communities. 
Candidates with an acceptable combination of experience and education may also be considered.
