This is a half-time term position to October 31, 2018.  This position is a member of the bargaining unit.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a strong customer service background.  Working with the IT & Learning Commons team, you will be providing a range of administrative financial and procurement support services. As the administrative assistant, you will be supporting the Information Technology & Learning Services and Learning Commons.

The ideal applicant will have office administration certification and/or related post-secondary coursework and considerable experience working in office administrative positions combined with advanced computer skills. 

Experience organizing meetings, procurement of products and services and providing bookkeeping assistance are required.
