Yukon College is looking for qualified person(s), on a casual/sessional basis, to teach in the following program areas:

ECCU 390 – Yukon First Nations Culture and Values: Educational Experiences on the Land
This is an experiential course intended to educate and promote awareness and appreciation of Yukon First Nations’ culture, language, and lifestyles, and in particular, the culture and history of the hosting Yukon First Nation. It is intended for First Nations and non-First Nations teachers-in-training to provide them with the necessary context for cultural inclusion and land-based activities suitable for public school classrooms.

Successful candidates will have, as a minimum requirement, a Master’s degree in the relevant subject area. If you have the relevant education and are excited about teaching in a postsecondary setting, we want to hear from you.
