Term position to August 1, 2018. 

This position is a member of our bargaining unit. 

As part of the IT team, you will be working with a fast paced solutions department providing technical assistance to students, staff and faculty at Yukon College.

Responsibilities will include responding directly to clients, resolving various IT issues, maintaining the hardware and software operations, supporting desktop applications and participating in innovative projects.

The ideal candidate will have Computer Technical training or related diploma/degree combined with experience in providing user support in an IT environment (troubleshooting, configuring, installing, tracking issues and resolving issues).
