WO 042 - Household Drinking Water Storage Practices

This 1 day course is designed to provide participants with knowledge in maintaining safe drinking water in homes.

Course topics include raw water sources, bacteriological sampling, proper setup of hydro-pneumatic pressure tank and switch, chlorination, and corrective action for low chlorine residuals.

This course is especially recommended for homeowners and landlords who are responsible for the operation & maintenance of reservoirs, tanks or other distribution system storage facilities, and is relevant to health professionals, supervisors, technicians and homeowners involved and/or interested in water systems.

This course is not yet registered with EOCP. CEU application will be submitted to EOCP upon significant interest from prospective attendees.
